I provide counselling, psychotherapy, supervision and organisational consultancy services, including training and workshops for individuals, groups and organisations. I am based in West London. All services are offered in both English and Japanese.


I have been working in these fields for 25 years and I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, being registered with United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and accredited by British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have extensive experience in clinical work and group work, covering a wide range of psychological and mental health issues with the mainstream population and those from ethnic minority groups.


My special interests include cross-cultural issues, and I have also worked on intercultural relationships for individuals and groups. I have conducted research projects and have published professional articles on the subject.
